16. Section 112 of the Frincipal Ordinance
is hereby amended:-
(a) by the insertion of the following sub-
section, to be numbered (1) ;-
"The Registrar shall prepare and publish
by notification in the Gazette a list of
the rames of all such persons who, having
made application to be appointed auditora
for the purposes of this Ordinance, are in
his opinion qualified to perform the duties
required by this Ordinance to be performed
by an auditor. The Registrar may in his
discretion add to such list the names of
any other persons whom he may deem to be
qualified, as aforesaid, and he may remove
from such list any of such names. A11
such altemtions shall be published in the
Gazette.
